Sales 18 and 19 and more

Much has happened in relatively short time. Sales 18 and 19 are both finished and we have a current auction up. Sale 18 realized $37,800 hammer with over 83.3% of the lots selling; Sale 19 did even better with $57,214 hammer and a whopping 93.38% of the lots selling. I have been very pleased with the notes we have offered in the internet sales.
With the recent heavy volume of auctions comes a tremendous amount of duties for our office staff. Everyone has been working extremely hard to do their best to ensure that things run smoothly.
December auction notes can be found at the www.lynknight.com website as we have united the US and world bank notes on-line. This should make it easier for the growing amount of collectors who pursue both. This sale features many highlights with both appealing single notes as well as pleasing group lots. We offer quality runs from areas including Albania, Belize, Burma, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, East Caribbean States, Egypt, France/colonies, Guatemala (long run), India (another long run), Macao, Paraguay, Russia, and Syria. Also, do not miss group lots at the end of countries and also under Miscellaneous Countries at the end of the world section.
I will discuss specific highlights in the next blog.
We currently seek scarce/rare items for the CPMX auction in mid-March. We already have some wonderful pieces and are looking for more. Please contact me at 414-350-6980 if you would like to consign. I will be at both the FUN show in Orlando and the NY International show (unfortunately limited times at each with the two shows conflicting) during the second week of January. Look forward to hearing from you and Happy Thanksgiving.
